Jing An Shangri-La, Shanghai has partnered with Spanish luxury skincare brand presenting a new brunch, afternoon tea and new products at their spa, creating an elegant Mediterranean lifestyle and dining experience in the heart of the city.

The co-branding brunch and afternoon tea in Calypso Restaurant & Lounge draw inspiration from Natura Bissé' s hometown – Barcelona.

During the offering period, guests who purchase the brunch set or the afternoon tea can receive limited gifts valued at 450rmb including Natura Bissé Diamond Luminous set box, Natura Bissé Tmall Store and Chi, the Spa NB facial treatment voucher, and Calypso seasonal cocktail voucher.

The Brunch

The brunch menu, crafted by Chef de Cuisine Tonino Giglio features Mediterranean-style dining with hints of Spanish flavours. The selection includes the signature egg dishes such as King Crab Eggs Benedict, Egg in Purgatory and more than 10 dishes with highlights such as Traditional Tortilla, Burrata and Broad Bean Pesto, Iberico Ham Pizza, Torrijas, Crema Catalana, and more.

Afternoon Tea

The afternoon tea is inspired by the mosaic pattern of the tiles of Barcelona with pink, green and white colors. The spiral-style stand is reminiscent of sea waves from Barcelona's beaches. The afternoon tea includes a variety of unique pastries: Champagne Compressed Watermelon, Crème Fraiche Bavarian, Passion Fruit Puff and more, paired with two Sangria-inspired drinks "Barcelona Breeze". These tasty delicacies and Calypso's natural and earthy atmosphere get the guest closer to warm days by the Mediterranea n Sea.
