Eggs, Bloody Mary鈥檚, Champagne deals 鈥� you can keep them. Give me a spring roll, a steamed bun filled with roasted pork or sweetened custard, and some type of Hong Kong BBQ, and I鈥檓 good for the day. I should acknowledge that I am taking a very Cantonese approach here to the world of dim sum, with its myriad styles and sub-styles, and of course this list is in no way comprehensive.
