Job Description

  • Identify potential companies that align with our target market and create a database.
  • Contact potential clients through phone calls and emails to schedule meetings for our Business Development team.
  • Engage effectively with clients to comprehend their insurance needs and preferences.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of insurance products and the sales process; the company will provide training.
  • Support the line manager in completing specific project tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher education
  • Prior experience in business development, finance, insurance, or consulting preferred
  • Location: Shanghai
  • Fluent in Mandarin with proficient English speaking, writing, and computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, attentive, and quick to learn
  • Strong team player with a conscientious and detail-oriented approach
