    An electronics chain store, GOME (not GOMZ) sells everything from laptops to mobile phones to fridges to widescreen TVs. Unlike electronics stores in the west, it's made up of individual branded stalls with specific staff for each one. In that way, they're not so different from independent electronics retailers, but they do provide warranties accepted at most of their outlets. They're a little rundown, and while they offer repairs, the technicians are often from independent companies with unclear affiliations, operating out of the GOME stores.
