A Vietnamese restaurant featuring Bun Cha, a popular street food dish in Vietnam. Danyi Gao's in charge of the place, and she's putting the dish higher on the billing than pho or banh mi (though both are availble). Presented on a woven platter, it's grilled pork meatballs and grilled pork belly served with cold vermicelli noodles, pickled vegetables, lime wedges, a spread of lettuce, Thai basil, mint, perilla and coriander and a mix-it-yourself bowl of sweetened fish sauce. It's excellent. It's 58rmb for the pork/chicken (bun ga) or 68rmb for beef (bun bo). You might get another bowl of noodles for free if you ask politely for a top-up.
