    Tailor Dave is something of an institution in China. Dave K. C. Shiung was born in Taipei; at the age of 14, he was apprentice to a Shanghainese tailor master and has been making suits ever since. He was voted one of the world's best tailors by Forbes magazine in 2007, the only Chinese tailor to make the top 10. Suits take about two weeks to finish and cost from 4000rmb. Not to be confused with Dave?�?s Custom Tailoring in Shanghai Center.
