Splitworks have made their first line-up announcement for the in September, and it's a doozy. Colorful all-female Japanese rock band , Welsh experimental electronica/rock band , post-punk , Destiny Frasqueri (formerly "Wavy Spice," "Destiny", now better known as ), and Shanghai's own omnishambles reunites just for the occasion.
