Shanghai's literary community is expanding. Recently, some Shanghai-based American writers, professors, and editors came together to create the Shanghai Literary Review. It's going to be a bi-annual lit mag that's currently taking its first submissions. The deadline for that is March 11. They've also got their first event happening on . Learn more after the jump.
