Last Saturday, March 16th, marked the successful conclusion of the inaugural International Day event at Shanghai French School Yangpu Campus. The event was a celebration of diverse cultures, highlighted by LFS families who prepared delicious food and showcased their rich cultural heritage. Notably, the French Consul General, John Valadou, graced the occasion with his presence, alongside representatives from the Swiss and Canadian chambers.

The event garnered attention from media outlets, including International Channel Shanghai and Shanghai TV Children Channel, who conducted interviews with school leadership and students, further amplifying the event's significance. Additionally, the school team led a tour of the campus.

Simultaneously, the "1st Shanghai Sino-French Family Exchange Meeting" also took place and was a resounding success.

If you missed the event on March 16th, don't worry, there is another opportunity not to miss. Shanghai French School is pleased to invite you to the "International Day" at Qingpu Campus on this Saturday, March 23rd.

Parents are encouraged to bring their children along to experience this cultural extravaganza. No registration is required, participants need only bring their enthusiasm and join in the event on campus. A photo booth will be arranged for guests actively participating in the event, with attractive prizes prepared for them.

This is the occasion for families to:

Shanghai French School (known in French as Lycée Français de Shanghai, or LFS) belongs to the AEFE (Agency for French Teaching Abroad) network. It is an international nonprofit school which welcomes over 1360 students of more than 40 nationalities, from Pre-kindergarten to the French Baccalaureate (from 2 to 18 years old) on its Qingpu and Yangpu campuses.

• Chinese citizens but Children born abroad
• Children with at least 2 years of study experience in a foreign country, and all family members have obtained permanent residency abroad
