This weekend -- and let's be real, pretty much every weekend -- the Spanish community is celebrating, coming out in force with a lit-plus-romance festival in the park and an all-day party at .

An all-day party. But of course. Love the Spanish.

Here are the details:

, taking place in park this Saturday, celebrates "La Diada de Sant Jordi, the Catalan version of St. George's Day. Basically, you're commemorating the deaths of Don Quixote writer, Miguel de Cervantes and British scribe, William Shakespeare with a flowers and books exchange with your loved ones. Traditionally, couples exchange writings and roses as an observance of love and devotion to each other and the written word. Sounds pretty great right? How intellectual and romantic is that. For the event, they've got literary talks, music, kids activities, art shows, rose and book vendors, and storytelling. The live music performances feature Latin, pop rock, jazz, and folk music. Runs from 10am-6pm. That's all in the park in Jing'an on Saturday.

And entrance is freeeeeee.
