"Cabra" means "goat" in Spanish. No pictures of goats to be found in this tAPas JoInt with inexplicable capitalization in its name, but there are some classical paintings of really serious-looking European men. And a dead lamb. Open on Wuding Lu for a few months and consistently busy, has a decent selection of affordable cocktails -- specifically, gin and tonics -- in a nice environment, plus a hit-or-miss selection of tapas with which to line the stomach.
