It's been a good ride for aging rocker Jia Xianhong's noodle shop. Since opening Liu Dao Men in 2015, the Chengdu native has built a cult following for his Sichuan noodles; taken over the shop next door; and changed the name to Liu Tang Men. One thing he hasn't done is expand. Until now. Jia has announced that he is opening a second Liu Tang Men in Jing'an on Wanhangdu Lu, and he's opening soon. No more details on menu or any changes. Expect the new shop to be open by the middle of September.
