A few years ago, Mikhail Zelman had a grammatical insight that would make him a lot of money: make 鈥渟urf & turf鈥 surf or turf. That prepositional switch begat his London chain , which begat a minor this-or-that restaurant trend (still going), which has now begat in Shanghai (just started).
Bull & Claw is beef and lobster. When a restaurant specializes in two things, they better be great. On my trip there recently, the best thing I had were the French fries. Good idea, bad execution.
