Back in August I about restaurateur plans to open an outdoor taco bar. It finally happened last week. The name, appropriately enough, is . That means "place that sells tacos" for those of you who failed Spanish class in high school.
Pecol has secured a little shack on the roof. Formerly an office, it had long since been sitting in disuse. So Pecol painted it up, fitted it out with a kitchen, rolled out some Astroturf and set up a few tables. The house rules are laid out clearly on the door in chalk. They almost read like a manifesto. Here are a few of my favorites that I wish every restaurant upheld:
