Franck Pecol's rooftop taco stand is in its final days. That would seem to be standard operating procedure for a restaurant with no indoor seating as winter approaches. However, this time Franckito won't open back up the following spring.
Apparently the whole idea behind that little rooftop cabana was to use it for temporary concepts鈥攁 new one every year. So Franck and Co. will be stripping the place down and rebuilding it as something completely different. No word on exactly what just yet, but it will re-open as something else next spring.
