Model chef 鈥� as in the dude looks like a model 鈥� Kasper Pedersen (ex ) has a new perch: . The new restaurant, on the western end of Anfu Lu near and above the new , is meant to "move beyond geographical labels to become more personal". What does that mean! The idea they are trying to express here is that Pedersen now cooks whatever he wants and doesn't get pigeonholed as being a "Nordic" restaurant. ( will take that label, thankyouverymuch.) And he does it in the middle of the restaurant, now that there is no boundary between the dining room and the kitchen. Zonkers. Our modern-day culture of transparency has gone... pretty far. So, what's on the menu?
