Making good on their promise to relocate, chill Danish eatery had its final day on Saturday. Opened on Xikang Lu in 2016 by Craig Willis, it started out with dinner focused on a 10-course tasting menu by chef Kasper Pedersen. It did okay, but reportedly the team felt pigeon-holed as a "Danish" restaurant. As part of their move to on Anfu Lu above , they'll also be shaking things up a bit. The team (and Kasper) remain, but the cuisine will be "chef-driven." Which could translate to anything between "labels are like, so unhip, man" and "you'll eat whatever Kasper tells you to eat." Probably still some Nordic inspirations there. Pelikan staff told us on the phone that Bor will open in a week, but in our experience, that can translate into anything between "tomorrow" and "December."
