Chef Jonas Noel is bringing back his restaurant after a short stint at in 2018. The Lorraine, France native, who has a fine-dining background, was cooking things like a Berkshire pork shoulder, flammekueche, and a free-range chicken terrine, and he says the "concept will be quite similar as before". This time, it will be in a more restaurant-friendly part of the city: Jing'an. He is mum about other details, except to say it will open "sometime this fall", perhaps before the October holiday.
