Looks like its Splitsville for and . In a press release issued yesterday the veteran German chef provided your typical bit of cordial "parting ways" boilerplate:
"It was a pleasure to work with a great team of talented individuals. I wish them success in the future and looking forward to visit their new resort projects once they are built."
This move comes almost exactly two years after Stiller partnered with the popular Moganshan resort to open Kikaboni, a boutique fine dining concept that we wrote about here. Just a few months ago, they opened naked Bite on Wuyuan Lu, which we covered here. Kikaboni will get an overhaul after Stiller departs in August. Neither has specified what that will be or when it will open.
Stiller cites his reason for leaving as "new projects", about which he says he'll reveal more this coming fall.
