Today is the Hungry Ghost Festival and looks like a ghost town. Zero tables on the streets. But despite the yellow tape and the security guards standing in front of the shop, gourmet coffee shop / roaster say they've got all their licenses in order and they will survive the of bars and restaurants. The DVD shop next door? Not so much. Workers were tearing the whole place apart today around noon.
