November is a good month to have indie taste in music and live in Shanghai. There are no less than 10 shows that people who are looking for something outside the mainstream will want to put on their calendars, from the indie electronica of (November 16) to the indie pop of (November 3). Tickets (mostly) still available on SmartTicket! In no particular order, there are also alt-rockers at Yuyintang (November 6); British indie rock from (November 15); the dream pop of Cigarettes After Sex (but pre-sales are gone) and dream pop of (November 22, pre-sales still on); showcase at Bandai Namco (November 10); indie DJ and 鈥減ost-dubstep鈥� producer (November 3); a two-day at Arkham (November 16-17); and long-time rockers but not really indie (November 24).
