Stopped in the new Jing'an cocktail/whiskey bar a few times last week. It's on the third floor of that Eco Center mall, the same building as and . Not so crowded, but they just opened a few months ago. Sat out on the terrace and ordered a whiskey sour with Four Roses bourbon (60rmb). Wasn't on the menu but no problem there - came out fast and proper.
The big draw here is that wood-floored terrace, a comfortable open-air space with a south-side view of鈥ome buildings. You could fit about 100 people up there and still have room to do the Pee Wee Dance. The manager mentioned maybe having a DJ there at some point. Nice little water feature up there too.
