We've long been enamored of the scuzzy charms of Jing'an dive bar BnC. Becky and Candy's friendly, no-frills watering hole was a go-to place for happy hours, cheap beer and free hugs.
That original space closed a couple of weeks ago, the tinsel and permanent Christmas decorations were torn from the ceiling and last week they opened , on the corner of Xikang Lu and Changping Lu.
