This is more of a room than a bar. The proprietor, Bill Zhong, developed a taste for whisky and built up a collection which he now sells in a little shopfront with three tables and small bar. He has about 60 types of scotch and a few bourbons. Things start around 60rmb for a 10-year-old Jura or 10-year-old Laphroaig but go up to 150rmb for something rarer such as Ardbeg's limited "Alligator" edition.
