The vibe is like hazy VHS footage of an after-party in the shabbiest hip-hop clubhouse ever, in slow-motion.

Welcome to "Basement Fly, where a giant graffiti tag on one wall literally says "GRAFFITI." This is the newest after-hours experiment in Shanghai, supposedly open until 9am on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
