empire up in Jing'an is still going strong. Tapas restaurant and cocktail bar turn two this week. On Wednesday they are celebrating with free-flow tapas and drinks from 6pm to 9pm for 200rmb at Tomatito, and afterwards you can get tapas for 10rmb and buy-one-get-one on drinks. At el Ocho, located on the floor above Tomatito in , they've got a special cocktails for 50rmb and 25rmb shots for the whole night.
Speaking of going strong, Willy recently opened a Tomatito in Manila and he's planning another restaurant in Bali. New tapas world order. Congrats all around.
