The BREW in the Kerry center hosts their annual Super Bowl tailgating party, starting at 7am. 3,800rmb nett will get you a table of 10, including buffet breakfast, free-flow craft beer, soft drinks, house wine, and mimosas. Not to mention a silent auction with a a bunch of prizes. Hotel room package are available from 1398rmb upwards with a one-person pass to the Super Bowl LI tailgate party. The new venue of Cages presents the 2017 Super Bowl Bash sponsored by Heineken. Tickets are 150rmb which gets you a breakfast buffet and a bottle of Heineken. Hit up Cages Sports on WeChat (ID: cagessports) to reserve your seating or make sure to show up extra early on the day of. Doors at 7am. Good for actually playing drunken indoor sports after the big game on into the afternoon and evening.

All of the Big Bamboo locations are hosting the big game but the Honqiao location has it on a 10-square meter screen, so they're getting the nod. They're getting their tailgating party going at 6am ahead of the kick-off at 7.25am. 168rmb entrance fee including breakfast and coffee until 10am. There will also be a lucky draw and Super Bowl squares are already going on in all Big Bamboo locations.

The newly renovated Camel hosts the big game in their newly spiffed up, non-smoking space, now with more screens then ever before. Including one on the smoking terrace. For the true athletes. Hot coffee and breakfast served from 6am. For those who prefer tons of beer to enjoy with the game, there’s 20 craft beers on tap and Bloody Mary’s for 40rmb all game long. No entry fee. Get there early. Going to fill out.

The Boxing Cat empire is dedicating their Sinan Mansion venue to the game, with a 100rmb entry fee nabbing you access to their breakfast spread. Drinks are sold in additional tickets of three for 100rmb. No reservations. Seats are first come, first serve. 6am doors. They're hosting 10 TVs and three projectors running the game.

Texas outpost of BBQ Bubba's is serving the Super Bowl bright and early, alongside happy hour prices for the duration of the game and 25rmb breakfast tacos. Expect a big crowd in for the event glued to their 8 TVs. No entry fee. Owner Ken assures us "we take our football seriously". (He's from Texas. You don't get knuckles like dat from playin' da piana!)

The Rooster, that well-run bar on Shaanxi Bei Lu in Jing'an, is still going strong. They're showing the Superbowl at 7am with a 75rmb breakfast special that comes with a drink and a happy hour until final whistle. No cover.

Both venues of the Shanghai Brewery — Hongmei and Donghu Lu — are screening the Super Bowl, live at 7.30am. They're kicking open their doors at 6.30am and offering food and drinks discounts, as well as special breakfast combos. No entry fee for either location.
