A staggeringly popular Shanghainese scallion pancakes stall run by a three-decade veteran, Mr. Wu (AKA "Ada"). He's something of a local celebrity–he's even been featured on the BBC. It was originally on Nanchang Lu but became a casualty in the ever-churning real estate development game. Following a popular foodie uproar (the most ferocious kind), gigantic food courier service Ele.me swept in and gave the proprietor, a new lease on life. This place regularly attracts three to four-hour waits. Even with a ticket purchased the day before, it'll take at least an hour.
