The "fan experience" elements include the player holograms, the actual manager's chair and the odd signed jersey. Two floors of smudged vinyl booths, straight-up sports bar on the first floor and restaurant plus VIP room on the second. The streaming TVs and electronic ticker tape gives it a sort of Off Track Betting vibe. Cuisine is underperforming "British classics," kind of like the players themselves (zing!). All-in, it's kind of like a budget Hard Rock Cafe, except on the Bund.
