The third venue from the people behind Cannery and Nest, downstairs it's a bakery and/or bistro decked out in browns and golds. It's got an all-day menu, baked goods, and a section dedicated to sm?rrebr?d, a kind of open-faced Danish sandwiches on rye bread. Some twists on classics like the Gravlax (38rmb) or double-fisted Indian Burns like the Tempura (42rmb). The bakery turns out a handful of variations in either loaf (38rmb) or 8rmb slices. Upstairs, what used to be their cocktail lounge has morphed into a steakhouse, still in that red Shell logo space, surrounded by panoramic windows overlooking the business district. Not as much of a destination as their other two locations, but they have an intimate little roofgarden upstairs and this banging Salted Caramel Brioche cupcake thing downstairs.
