Located on the basement floor at IFC Mall, Konjiki Hototogisu is the Shanghai branch of a Tokyo-based Michelin ramen restaurant, founded by chef Atsushi Yamamoto in 2006. Unlike most noodle bars in town, this one has a more intimate atmosphere, featuring a dim and elegant interior with Japanese embellishments. The place isn't big (which means there is always a queue during lunch hours), but the seats are comfy and there is enough space between tables.
